These terms explain the rules for using Mertastic and participating in the community.
Effective
Using Mertastic
You may use Mertastic only when you can legally agree to these terms and follow applicable laws. The service is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required where they live.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Mertastic a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service according to your audience choices.
Only share content you have the right to use. Do not post another person's private information, copyrighted work, or likeness without the permission required by law.
Community safety
Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, grooming, scams, impersonation, spam, and dangerous or unlawful content are prohibited. Members can report content and block accounts in Mertastic. We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to protect the community.
Service changes
Features may change as Mertastic evolves. We may update these terms when needed and will revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email when appropriate.
Ending use
You can stop using Mertastic at any time and can delete your account from Profile settings. We may restrict or end access when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect members or the service.
